Zhang Shuo

Biography

Shuo is a year-2 MSc student at Nanyang Technological University, pursuing a Master of Science in Biomedical Data Science. His ongoing thesis focuses on understanding the transcriptional regulation of differentially expressed genes using a synthetic Process-Driven Model. In his free time, he enjoys playing football and jogging. 

Research Interests

Shuo is keen to develop new stochastic transcriptional models to investigate transcriptomes in disease and control samples to understand how the gene is regulated between disease and control samples.
